Examples of what we have achieved so far
We begin at home
We do not want to demand anything of our suppliers that we do not demand of ourselves. To ensure compliance, we have involved the internationally renowned auditing firm SGS to perform social audits based on Ethical Trading Initiative standards at all our production facilities.
Training and Development
At all our sites we have comprehensive and specific needs-based training plans for our staff. One important example is Lean Six Sigma, an internationally utilised systematic approach to process improvement based on a range of quantitative methods.
Health is number one
We have achieved a very high level of health and safety standards in all our production facilities. It is our stated intention to build on this success and to continue making improvements.
- OHSAS certification in all factories by the end of 2015.
- KPI reporting in all factories Report in place.
Set up measurement system and implement 5S Visual Management in all factories.
Implement Factory MES in all factories by the end of 2016.
